Even if you aren't right where you want to be right now with your body, with your relationships, with your job, or with your life in general it doesn't mean that where you are isn't worth capturing, celebrating, and appreciating. 


Hey friend!  Today, I want to put two things in your heart.


#1: You exist in abundance. You are enough, you are doing enough, and you have enough. Even if you are walking in a valley, you are still doing an incredible job. Look backward and see how far you've come.

#2: True transformation doesn't happen in one day, so don't beat yourself up or judge yourself too harshly when you aren't showing up at your best every single day. You are going to have days where even after making huge strides--you have an off day. Continue to focus on just making one step toward your future each day. Say one positive thing about yourself today, drink one glass of water, walk the first mile, attend one event, and delete that one contact from your phone. Just start, and just do one thing to move the needle in the right direction. All of those little decisions are gonna add up big time for you, sister because you were made for greatness!

Before we begin your photoshoot, you will probably feel nervous, vulnerable, and unsure of yourself. Once we begin though, you will see how liberating this experience is! I am going to guide you through every single part of this incredible process. I will pose you, guide you, laugh with you (and heck, cry with you, too!).

I see past the mom jeans and messy buns. You are more than a wife, mother, and partner, you are that perfect reflection you see in the mirror. But here is the thing, I don't see you the way you see yourself. Where you see stretch marks, I see battle scars (beautiful ones at that). Where you see fine lines, I see the incredible joy you've experienced. Where you see the extra weight, I see the way the light bends into your curves to create the most incredible art. Where you see a body that is too thin, I see the frame that has held up the weight of the world. I want to show you what I see...the fierce, stunning, capable woman that you've always been.
